Our local office dates back to 1952, when the Sioux City office of T.C. Henderson, an investment firm headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, opened in the Badgerow Building. The first manager was Carl Sauer, who was then followed by Jack Koerner, and Bob O’Neill. In 1970, the office was purchased by Piper Jaffrey, a Minneapolis-based brokerage firm. John Kelly was the first manager under Piper Jaffray and served until 1992. Korey Kletschke, our current branch manager, replaced Pat Corey after his retirement in 2021. Stifel purchased the office in 2009, and in 2025, our office moved to its current location in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.

Our office is located in Dakota Dunes, just off Interstate I-29, exit 1. Our building is on the corner of Dakota Dunes Boulevard and Sioux Point Road and is the only three-story building in the Gold Circle Business Park. We are on the second floor, suite 220, just off the elevator. There is an abundance of free parking and if you live outside of the area, we are happy to facilitate business via Zoom or phone calls.
